Refund Policy

Studies

Because our studies are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds once a file has been delivered.

We will always make it right if:

• Your file won’t open, is damaged, or never arrived. We’ll resend it or send a fixed copy.
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same study. We’ll refund the duplicate.

Membership

You can cancel your membership anytime from the membership portal. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep every study you’ve already received. We don’t offer partial refunds for the current billing period.

If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend and haven’t opened that month’s study, email us within 7 days and we’ll take a look.
